At Gothicc Threads, every piece you order is made just for you—like a spell cast with your name on it. We use print-on-demand production to reduce waste and ensure each item is as unique as the beautiful ghoul wearing it.

Because of this custom creation process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If there’s an issue with your order (like receiving the wrong size, a print flaw, or something that looks like it crawled out of the grave in the wrong way), don’t panic—just email us at gothicc.threads.apparel@gmail.com  within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item

We’ll haunt down the problem and make it right.

Please allow 3-5 processing days and return shipping 3-5 days for returned items.
